[Info] Doxygen generated documentation for ESP-IDF

In the hope that it might be useful to others, here is a link to the documentation for ESP-IDF generated by running Doxygen over the ESP-IDF source.

Since the source is a moving target, I'll update regularly (or upon request). If we ask really nicely, maybe Espressif can automate the task and host it on one of their servers? Until then, please feel free to use the above as needed.

Most certainly, we would like to generate doxygen docs automatically during our CI builds.
I'm leaving for a vacation tomorrow but I'll see if someone on the team can take on this task!
