I am using ESP WROOM-32 But i am not getting AT command response can you please tell me steps from hardware connection to BLE comunication.

ESP WROOM-32 is not respoding to AT commands what should i do? anyone please tell me require hardware setting how to flash download. basic connection of EN,3V3,TX,RX,GND are done .
