Update.
This trouble depends of USB hub.
Some hubs arnt work with USB-JTAG.
I use HARPER and HOCO and some noname hubs (all USB3.1 or USB3.2).
HOCO is not work with USB-JTAG.
Nothing to say.

ESP32C6 USB-JTAG port under Win11
1. Win11
2. Connect USB cable to USB-JTAG. It's OK. I see COM port. I can flash and monitor
3. I press RESET button. My COM port diappers. And win11 says about wrond unknown USB device.
4. Only reconnect USB connector solves the problem.
Also if I start monitor and software makes restart - com port ...
