Does it possible provide "full access to internet" to the MESH network nodes?

Example: Connect directly to MQTT broker over Amazon IOT API with MESH nodes?

Because from what I saw, the MESH nodes ever should send packets by MESH API to root, and then the packet is send to internet. In a ...
