Hi,

The problem is not resolved, idf_tools.py (as other files, see below) is not present after installing with Tools Installer v2.1
Does anyone has an idea how to fix this?

Using Python in C:\Users\bbeliveau\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37-32\
Python 3.7.3
Using Git in C:\Program Files\Git ...
