Re: FTM Support for ESP32?

Hi,

FTM is only supported on the ESP32-S2 and ESP32-C3. The ESP32 does not support FTM.

Re: How to drive the tinypico with nRF52 power profiler module.

Hi,

If you are using the PPK first version, you can measure current up to 70mA only. Probably they have some over current protection to avoid you damage the kit.

Re: Certificates of ESP32-D0WDQ6

Hi, As far as I know, you can't certify only the chip itself since there is no antenna on it. So you can't test it for certification. On the module side, you have the antenna so you can perform the tests. If you are using the chip on your product, you need to certify as your product. I recommend you...

Hi,

Can you be more specific? RF certificates like CE and FCC?

Is that you are looking for?

Re: ESP32 Not waking up from Deep sleep using Ext0 when using battery

Hi,

It makes sense.

One thing that you can try is to add some capacitor (capacitance > 1000uF) in parallel with the battery for testing.

Re: ESP32 life-time

I'm using a voltage divider with the 3.3V supply-voltage, the relais are driven with 5V by an ULN2003. I just wanted to know if this a known problem of the ESP32. I'm going to try the DevkitC, maybe the chip got too hot when i was soldering it on the adapter. Hi, Are you using the chip itself (i.e ...

Re: Programming ESP32-WROOM-32D for the first time

Hi,

No need for JTAG! For the first time, you can use UART to upload your firmware in the same way of any other firmware upload.

That's correct!

No need for JTAG and you can use the BOOT and RST buttons from the ESP-Prog as well.

Re: ESP32-D2WD SOIC Uisng Custom board design.

Hi, The ESP32 uses a first stage bootloader from it's internal ROM memory (you cant modify it) and this is used to load your firmware, including the second stage bootloader to the external flash. Using the ESP-Prog, you can flash your firmware using UART method with no problem. Just be sure to keep ...
