I understand that you would expect me to use the built in JTAG, but that too doesn't work, and I actually want to Debug and Flash our custom board with an ESP32-S3 that already has the JTAG pins broken out to a header.
So to exclude any hardware issues , I decided to start with a ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 ...

Thx, that was my conclusion from the results, but I did not understand why.ESP_Minatel - For "UTC-2" you should use "UTC2" and for "UTC+2" use "UTC-2".
Now at least UTC-2 correctly defining actual TZ of UTC+2 makes more sense.
