After I built "CHIP ESP32 All Clusters Example" and flashed it to an ESP32, I can see it's doing BLE advertisement.

Custom App and Working with a Limited Set of ESP32 Devices.
I'm thinking about building my own app instead of using the ESP RainMaker app in the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/esp-rainmaker/id1497491540).
I also want my app to only pair and work with ESP32 devices that I make.
Is that doable?
