There are very few unused pins, you probably have to use uart0 programming pins for the pir.

Duty is a uint but the hardware register has fractional bits so the driver does the conversion. The driver doesn't support the fractional duty.

By shifting left, you set the fractional bits to zero. You drop the upper 4 bits but they are not used.

There is a jumper (tiny 0 ohm resistor) which has to be connected to either the PCB antenna or the ipex connector. You can see in this photo it is connected to the ipex, which means the pcb antenna is not connected. So you need either soldering tweezers or a hot air gun and steady hands.

UART_RX_IDLE_THRHD When the receiver takes more time to receive Byte data than what this register indicates, it will produce a frame-end signal. (R/W)
I don't know what is a "frame-end signal". Is it UART_BRK_DET_INT?
