Re: Hi , can anyone say , how to configure the digital input and output in esp32 and how to read the digital input..?

Many would prefer to avoid arduino IDE. Esp-idf provides example with four GIPO pins set up and working simultaneously. Sorry I was getting really frustrated back then. I was trying to combine some of the logic of both the GPIO example and the blinky example, and it wasn't going well. I had tried c...

Re: Hi , can anyone say , how to configure the digital input and output in esp32 and how to read the digital input..?

Hi Reeshma, I suggest the following: 1. Install Arduino IDE 2. Get blink.ino example working. 3. Get another example (that shows how to read digital input) working. At this point you should be able to write a program doing what you described. Many would prefer to avoid arduino IDE. Messing around w...

Re: ESP32 Webradio

I am using a SPH0645LM4H-B I2S microphone. My issue is that my data doesn't appear to be following the LRCLK at all. I need to poke around as I must be doing something really dumb.

Re: ESP32 Webradio

What's going on with your audio input? I've been trying to test and validate some audio stuff myself but seems that my I2S output isn't working, but my I2S input appear to be just fine at least on the scope and printing values.

Also what are you doing for authentication?

Re: WROOM Recommended Footprint

aaquilina,

That is the dimensions of the contacts on the wroom module but not a specific recommendation for the dimensions of PCB footprint. I would really like to know the dimensions of the wroom footprint on the esp32-devkitc is for example as that seems to work well.

Re: ESP32 DAC quality

Yeah I tried messing with those PDM configuration settings but at the moment it doesn't appear to support PDM. Which is a shame because I was ready to try a bunch of different mics to but I guess for now I'm going to have to stick with my I2S one.

WROOM Recommended Footprint

Hi,

I can't seem to find any documentation in the official documents and datasheets for what the recommended PCB footprint should be for the ESP-WROOM-32. Could someone point me in the right direction?

To clarify, does the current I2S library not have PDM for output or does it not have driver support for PDM at all? I noticed that it has some PDM settings at the moment and was hoping to use test it with a PDM mic.

TLS storing previous connection information

Hi, I was wondering if the IDF holds onto any information on the last 10 mbedtls connections. I noticed when making and destroying TLS connections over and over I'd have 84 Bytes of heap used afterwards per connection. However that stops after 10 connections and it no longer loses any more heap. Is ...
