ESP32 high interrupts

I have no problem attaching and using interrupt levels 1-3 in the IDF, however, all interrupts above that cause the following errors: Guru Meditation Error: Core 0 panic'ed (Interrupt wdt timeout on CPU0) Core 0 register dump: PC : 0x40127dde PS : 0x00060734 A0 : 0x800d1162 A1 : 0x3ffbaf30 0x40127dd...

Re: Removing IDF components? [Solved]

Just FYI I cast my vote to keep the existing Makefile system. This CMake thing feels like it will make it a lot harder to troubleshoot problems and be a much higher barrier for entry on anything except the most basic cases... Also, FYI for anyone else wanting to do network hacking... this is what I ...

Re: Removing IDF components? [Solved]

Thanks! I will probably give option B a try at some point.

Re: Removing IDF components?

Solved: create a components folder in your project, in there, make subfolders for each component you want to nullify. Place an empty component.mk file in each to make it void.

Removing IDF components? [Solved]

Is it possible to remove IDF components? Specifically I was hoping to remove lwip so I could use mine. The application I'm running into needs significantly higher performance than the LWIP stack for the '32 can provide. The 8266 stack was just fast enough for this application, but it shouldn't take ...

Re: Unable to receive TCPIP-packets with wifi callback function

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering if anyone knew any way to get access to something like the old-style API. I can't seem to get the performance out of the new API that I could the old. But, I will continue to chug. The callback-model is a much cleaner option for anyone who doesn't ca...

Re: Can't TX, ESP32 + LAN8720 with GPIO0 Clock Out

Just FYI - I was able to get it working using GPIO17, inverted output. It looks like there may be phase issues with my board. Currently experimenting.

Re: Can't TX, ESP32 + LAN8720 with GPIO0 Clock Out

I've tried it both ways, I have a number of different magnetics, and so far, no dice. I have used the LAN8720 before with success on other processors like the STM32F407, and I really like it. Glad you guys included support for it. P.S. Related links: My issue on github: https://github.com/espressif/...

Re: Can't TX, ESP32 + LAN8720 with GPIO0 Clock Out

I also tried GPIO 16 and then GPIO 17 as output in a previous board rev and had exactly the same problems. I could RX packets all day long but couldn't TX anything.

Can't TX, ESP32 + LAN8720 with GPIO0 Clock Out

I'm working with a LAN8720, and trying to get it to operate with the ESP32 with GPIO0 out functionality. So far, I've had extremely good luck getting the system to wake up, link, talk to the PHY and receive packets, however, I cannot seem to get the ESP32 to send ANYTHING out the ethernet at all. I'...
