Re: Using DPI Display with MIPI DSI Bridge
Hello dear ESP32-Community,
I am quite new to hardware design with the ESP32, and I’m currently planning my first project using the new ESP32-P4. My goal is to use a display with a parallel interface, such as the ILI6122, and connect it to the ESP32-P4’s DSI interface. While researching, I ...

Re: RPi touch display 2 with ESP32-P4
That's just not true, the ESP32-P4 has MIPI-DSI. I'm not sure if anyone bothered to make sure the physical connectors line up or write the required driver code, though.
There are some drivers already available at Espressif component registry website but none of them support the bridged DSI ...

Re: RPi touch display 2 with ESP32-P4
The Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 is expressly designed for Raspberry Pi boards, connecting via the DSI (Display Serial Interface) port and drawing power directly from the Pi’s GPIO pins. The ESP32-P4 (like other ESP32 variants) lacks both a DSI connector and the required display controller drivers ...

ESP32-Mini: factory bootloader support OTA???
Hello,
I have designed a board in kicad with esp32-mini module and the footprint had wrong pin mapped to RXD0 and TXD0. Now the problem is, that I have 50 PCBs produced which can't be programmed and I can not afford the cost to junk the PCBs :? .
However I figured out that the ESP32-Mini modules are ...
