My voltage translator was danified and causing this trouble, I just change for new one, then everything works.

I have notice that my translator to 5V is causing thaht issue, but I don't know why???

I'm using ESP32-S3-WROOM1 in a custom board, when I uploaded the first time everything gone perfect.
But trying upload again the project received a fatal error:
Building in release mode
Retrieving maximum program size .pio\build\esp32-s3-devkitc-1\firmware.elf
