Update:

Ok i realize that, if i change usb cable and a new card, i was able to compile and upload and start the webserver when opening serial monitor, then, when i unplug usb from pc and plug to an external usb the web server runs.

BUT if i press the restart button on the esp32 device, i lost the ...

Now i was able to start the web server without serial monitor, changing the card and the usb!

But, after some time ( may be an hour or so ) the web server lost connection.
I can restart the webserver by pushing the restart button ( the only one present on the board).

I made an asincronous web servwe that compile and uloade regularly with usb and Paltformio on visual studio cose!
The strange thing is that teh boot does not happen or , better, the wifi web server does not startup if i do not run the serial monitor!
