Re: Issue with MCPWM Prescaler

Hello! I am really interested in trying to use MCPWM with a stepper motor...does anyone have a schematic for connecting a NEMA stepper motor and the ESP32 Dev kit board?

MCPWM and Stepper Motor

I am interested in learning more about the MCPWM examples and whether or not this code would run a stepper motor....Thanks in advance!

Re: ESP-WROOM-32 Problems programming with esptool.py etc

@sam512bb - Were you using the SparkFun FT232R FTDI board? Just curious as I am having the same problem....could also share your wiring connections between the FT232R and the ESP32?

Using logic analyzer I see data on RX but not TX....

Pulse count timing impacted by Bluetooth GAP and A2DP

I am seeing erratic behavior with the pulse count on one of the pins when I startup the bluetooth stack and connect to a speaker via A2DP. Why is this happening? I am using the pcnt_get_counter_value function to get the count of a signal coming in on pin 4.

Re: A2DP source

Is your wave file created at 16000Hz?

Re: A2DP source

I finally got something working. I pulled some of the code from the blue kitchen example on the net. Using the sine wave array structure made the code much simpler. Also I am integrating an option to play a sound from a piezo speaker (note the GPIO setup). This code is part of a project that I am wo...

Re: Failed to allocate memory using malloc in BT Stack

Adherent did you get your code working to play wav file on bt speaker? I’m trying to do the same and need some help. I have a connection but my frame size is too big. The code shows a warning message that the frame is being reduced to 21. Any ideas?

Re: A2DP source

I suspect my issue might be due to the format of the wav file. It has been reformatted to 8-bit though

Re: A2DP source

Yes...I think its the same code you mention in your comments above...it just plays static. I am working to play a .wav file from SPIFFS. The file can be accesses and it is being sent but I dont hear anything on my bt speaker. I am getting the following error [0;33mW (21382) BT_APPL: btc_get_num_aa_f...

Re: A2DP source

Hello! I am just starting a project using a2dp to play a PCM. will post my results here. Hopefully I will have something worthwhile to share. I found a esp32 repo with a code that mounts a SD card with a PCM file to play over BT.
