I have made some custom board with ESP32­-C3 -WROOM-­02 module shown on the attachment.
I have problem setting the ESP32-C3 in boot mode.
i have set the gpio pins like documentation strapping pins:
GPIO-2 -> HIGH
GPIO-8 -> HIGH
GPIO-9 -> LOW

3V3 is set to 3.3V
GND pin is set to GND
EN pin is ...
