Did you ever figure this out? I just picked up one of these kits and I thought I had a bad LCD - it takes ~1 minute for the unit to boot and start displaying with the factory program (at least on mine).

Hoping someone here can help me out! I just got my ESP32-S3 Korvo 2 and the LCD but I can't figure out how to mount the LCD. It's just sitting loose on the PCB currently. There isn't much documentation out there. Has anyone here mounted the LCD correctly?
