I despereately try to get "secure boot" and "flash encryption" working on my ESP32S3 WROOM 1U N16.

There is this "egg and chicken" problem:\
I am only able to test this bye "enable" and "burn" the efuses for
a) secure boot
b) flash encryption

But by enabling and burning the efuses with a ...
