I've been doing a lot of testing with my waveshare p4 board but for the life of me I can't get the h264 encoder to perform fast enough for 30fps at 1080p. I've used both esp video and the esp h264 components and both give me about 25-27 fps on average. I'm currently using an ov5647 camera though ...

I'm wondering if you were ever able to get some good numbers. I've been doing a lot of testing on my waveshare p4 board and the most I've been getting for 1080p is 25-27fps. No matter what I do I can't touch 30.
