Problem with flash

Hello.

I am using Sparkfun ESP32 Thing with Arduino IDE, yesterday I was doing some I2C communication experiments. Suddenly the chip stopped receiving new programs - upload always halts with:

esptool.py v2.1-beta1
Connecting........_____....._
Chip is ESP32D0WDQ6 (revision 0)
Uploading stub ...
