I also try to run this bin. In Download Tool I set:
phy_init_data.bin to 0xf000
\bootloader\bootloader.bin to 0x1000
partitions_at.bin to 0x8000
esp-at.bin to 0x100000
After flashing ESP say:
ets Jun 8 2016 00:22:57
rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x13 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)
ets Jun 8 2016 00:22 ...
