Re: Save temperature data to local database

I would run nodered on my server. Easy to use.

Or MQTT.

I have used both.

Or a service: many choices available.

That is my ratio for use.

I view frequently to learn and occasionally to teach.

The posting mostly are very specific about an area and thus few can reply from experience.

Re: SimpleTime ...and then?

Have you tried: wifi_on, false?

Have you looked at the .h .c for wifi

Re: Is it possible to support 9-bit multi drop bus on UART?

If I needed to do this I would find a software serial library and modify it.

I assume you have searched for existing code.

A scope will make development easier.

Re: PWM controlled fan tacho wrong

Esp_sprite I too think that will reveal the cause which is that the signal while in essence is correct is noisy or has bounce.

Without a scope it could be tested by rotating very slowly to by hand an reporting the rpm.

Re: How to send a signal through 2 wires using rmt.h ?

George i don't see the similarities with this code: void outwiegbit(unsigned int b) { int sel = b == 0 ? W_D0 : W_D1; digitalWrite(sel, 0); delayMicroseconds(80); digitalWrite(sel, 1); delayMicroseconds(240); } You wiggle one or the other. This wiggles both at the same time. See what think. Tom

Goerge, Oops, I read through that too quickly. Here is another try an transmitting: https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1250921/Wieganduino-Generate-Wiegand-Codes-with-Arduino I thought it would be necessary to invert the second line from the first. This shows how to wiggle each line in code. Tom M...

Re: How to send a signal through 2 wires using rmt.h ?

Take a look here: https://www.arduinolibraries.info/libra ... nd-library

In the in file there is a readme that describes the protocol.

Maybe the code could be adapted to your project.
