SoftAP with MIT inventor app

G'day,
I'm starting to port my ESP8266 based projects over to ESP32.
I am making the ESP32 a soft Access Point so that I can use a notepad to control the ESP.
At the moment I can enter url's 192.168.4.1/xyz in a google url address to control gpio's.
But unable to correctly create an app using MIT ...
