Hi I've made a PCB with a WROOM32 module on it. However, once powered, the TX/RX (and EN) become pinned at 3.3V. See picture below.

I haven't been able to find any documentation on this boot state online. Reproduced on two WROOM modules, so it must be something I'm doing.

Any help ...
