MTDO Strapping for UART 0

Hello

We are using the ESP32-DOWDQ6 chip.
According to the ESP32 manual strapping the MTDP pin (GPIO15, pin 21) low, will stop the boot messages being sent to UART 0.

2.4 Strapping Pins
ESP32 has five strapping pins:
• MTDI
• GPIO0
• GPIO2
• MTDO
• GPIO5
