BLE

Hi there. I have a product under development which has a handheld BLE server controlling 3 clients - probably with SPP. The questions I have are: 1). I assume I can connect with more than one BLE device at a time?? Any points on how to do/where to look. 2). If I know the BD name etc of the clients -...

Re: Filling pipeline with software generate sine wave

Thank you. I can confirm that I have success delivering various tones to standard A2Dp headset at a sample rate of 44100. The big problem now is that the after 110 seconds from connecting the A2DP disconnects - then reconnects for another 110 seconds and repeats. I have looked around the code and ca...

ADF without codec

My product (in development) mainly sends data direct to phones/speaker via Bluetooth a2dp. The source is wav, mp3 files (on sdcard) and program-generated tones. I have managed this part without use of the codec but I also want to capture new files received over http coded into mp3 and stored on sdca...

Re: Filling pipeline with software generate sine wave

Thank you so much for your reply,

I guess I missed it as it doesn’t use a pipeline/stream.

Can I assume that the format is:

Sample Rate: 44100
Data size: 16 bits
Format: L-R. 16 bit little-endian?

Thank you again.

Re: How to play a beep during MP3 playback?

Hi there. Did you get anywhere. My need is simpler in that the source is a program generated wav 'tone' and I'm still working out how to insert it at the start of the pipeline. Clearly you must be doing something similar unless you are reading the wav/mp3 file from SDCard or memory. Any tips. I assu...

Filling pipeline with software generate sine wave

Hi there, I'm looking at as many examples I can but can't find the trick. My application needs to provide users with alternating tones in each ear via bluetooth. I think I've sorted the A2DP part with audio files but need to create tones 'on the fly' with varying frequencies which I plan to create w...
