It means there is no way to change factory MAC address because efuse is not erasable.

No. It is different encryption so old nvs will still work with the non-secure apis.

A 5w solar panel on a cloudy day may only produce 2wh or less of power so if you can get power consumption down to 0.5w that would give you 4 hours of streaming time.
