Re: Best NTP-Time library for ESP32?

So - does it work? You are saying ntp sync is built into ESP itself?

Re: HID Keyboard Example Crashes Windows Bluetooth Driver

Can you describe that process?
Booting must be changed or flashed?
Maybe you could direct me with some materials
Thanks

Re: HID Keyboard Example Crashes Windows Bluetooth Driver

Very interesting - how does ESP32 report itself as HID/USB device to PC OS?

Re: Best NTP-Time library for ESP32?

I additionally found this library

https://github.com/arduino-libraries/NTPClient

and other example

https://github.com/gmag11/NtpClient/blo ... tESP32.ino

Looks like NTP is queried with UDP which is faster

Re: Best NTP-Time library for ESP32?

I am looking for same thing. NTP seems easy - here RFCs https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1305 (v3) or rfc1059 (v1) or rfc7822 (v4) however needs network low level programming. Simple example in c# is here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1193955/how-to-query-an-ntp-server-using-c They query ntp ser...

MCU different models - ESP32F/ESP32S/ESP32

What is the difference between them??
What letters F and S mean at the end? Is it single core? Are those all dual cores?
I recently found boards with ESP32S and ESP32F chipset.
Can you explain?

Thanks

Re: ESPUSB32 Full-speed USB Approach

Hi, I stumbled across this thread because it is very interesting. I am planning a project involving classic USB devices that will be connected to embedded system and also use mcu as usb device connecting to PC and exchanging data. I wonder how fast 2K/4K cameras are connected via usb and what contro...

Re: How to connect OLED/TFT to ESP32

Hey thanks for tips! I found the problem - not all inputs can be assigned to pin numbers higher than 31. So I lowered the numbers and it works amazingly good. The graphic tests went so fast I thought there was something wrong. Unfortunately TFT is 16bit parallel with no spi. I think this CPU could e...

Re: Esp32 projects with MS Visual Studio

Thanks for this info. But this has to be used with Microsoft Visual Studio right? Which needs an expensive license, doesn't it? On the other side Visual Studio Code seems free... I am right now an user of Eclipse, but I am considering changing to a newer IDE... and I need it for comercial purpouses...

Re: Esp32 projects with MS Visual Studio

Lately I found VsMicro extension for Visual Studio and I must say it is incredible. It is called Arduino for VS. Beats easily PlatformIO, ArduinoIDE and VS Code. Has full intellisense, compilation logs, full debugging, amazing serial monitor, easy board/com selector and works great with git. Also no...
