CoAP server uri scheme error dtls= 0 tls = 0 scheme = 1

How can I run the coap_client_example with coaps://californium.eclipse.org:5684? It works fine using coap, but coaps returns E (6097) CoAP_client: CoAP server uri scheme error dtls= 0 tls = 0 scheme = 1 (I edited just this log line to ESP_LOGE(TAG, "CoAP server uri scheme error dtls= %d tls = %d sch...

Re: CoAP between two ESP 32

Got it to work with 2 esp32. But not with coap://californium.eclipse.org
The message handler is called, but COAP_RESPONSE_CLASS(received->hdr->code) returns 4 instead of 2.

Does someone know what coap response class means and if that's what I should be getting from this URI?

Re: CoAP between two ESP 32

I tested the CoAP server example and it worked fine using a java program to send the GET commands. Next thing I did was trying to get an esp32 with the client example to connect to the esp32 with the server example. The server shows that a GET command was indeed received, but either the response mes...

Re: CoAP between two ESP 32

soo... what is the coap-client example supposed to do? I ran the example from esp-idf-v3.3 using the coap://californium.eclipse.org url, but I get no response from the server. I (1583) wifi: pm start, type: 1 I (2693) event: sta ip: 192.168.0.117, mask: 255.255.255.0, gw: 192.168.0.254 I (2693) CoAP...

Bug: phy_version log

Hi, We are using the UART0 to comunicate between two esp32 modules. We disabled the boot LOG and call esp_log_level_set("*", ESP_LOG_NONE); but still we are getting the message phy: phy_version: 383.0, 79a622c, Jan 30 2018, 15:38:06, 0, 0 printed to the UART0 pins on startup... there is an issue htt...

Re: how to configure PlatformIO ESP32 project for CoreDump

You have to enable core dump to flash in menuconfig, edit the partitions.csv to include a coredump partition and then call espcoredump.py It's described in this page: https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-idf/en/v3.2.2/api-guides/core_dump.html I've tried to follow these steps this weekends but wa...

Re: Increase SD frequency clock with SPI mode to 40MHz

I have tried to change from HSPI to VSPI but I still can't enable 40MHz to the SD card. Maybe I'm missing some configuration step. Any hints?

Re: Increase SD frequency clock with SPI mode to 40MHz

Ah, I think the issue is that we are using HSPI but the pins are connected to the VSPI

Re: Increase SD frequency clock with SPI mode to 40MHz

Hi ESP_igrr, We are using the correct pins so that we could use the SPI bus without the GPIO_MUX, so shouldn't we be able to get to 80MHz even in Full-duplex mode? //----------SPI #define PIN_MISO_V4A GPIO_NUM_19 #define PIN_MOSI_V4A GPIO_NUM_23 #define PIN_CLK_V4A GPIO_NUM_18 #define PIN_CS_V4A GPI...
