ESP32 flashing problem

I have designed a system around ESP32. Now I need to flash it and test. It seems something is wrong. The CP2102 can read its The console gives the info you see in the picture.Does anyone have an idea?

Hi MHT2020,
It looks like the ESP32 is having some problem talking to the attached flash chip. Can you give some details about exactly which ESP32 hardware (chip, module, etc) you used, or even a schematic (or piece of a schematic) to show how it's wired up?
Is anything connected to the GPIOs which are shared with the ESP32's flash chip?
