WROVER UFL/IPEX connector vs Antenna PCB

Hi - I'm a bit confused with these 2 options of the WROVER. I see from outisde of the shield and schematics that R14/R15 position sets the antenna selection to be either the UFL/IPEX or the PCB. But I assume that there is more than just R14/R15: the Pi matching filter (under the shield) is also different between versions, so I cannot just move the 0 ohm resistor of a UFL/IPEX version from R14 to R15 and have a working solution. Is this correct?
