I have designed a custom board where ESP32 Wroom SoC is the master. I have used GPIO 16,17 as the UART pins. I wanna include Rx, Tx toggling LED's in order to know whether information is flowing through these lines or not. I have made LED's connections as shown in the following figure

But I wanna know whether these connections are correct or not. What will be status of LED's if the lines IDLE. Are the GPIO 16,17 lines internally Pulled up?? Please help me out with this.
