PSRAM with high temperature 105 degree C or 125 degree C

Hi ESP:
Do you have 105 degree C or 125 degree C PSRAM for ESP32-D0WD-V3 ?
We have high temperature product , but the bottle neck is PSRAM temperature .
Could you suggest us the high temperature part ?
