BLE power consumption in ESP32-S3

I wonder if there are any major improvement in ESP32-S3 BLE power consumption ?
I need to use the ESP BLE to wake up every few seconds to check if it is within the range of another BLE device (like the phone).
I know the old ESP32 is quite bad in this, I wonder if there is good improvement in ESP32-S3, can't seem to find much data on this.
