For a long time I've been waiting for some solution to reach a "real" temperature with this ... But now I need this for an industrial project. You have already said that in the future they have added a solution, but when will it come out? What can I do to use this temperature sensor as fast as possible?

Code: Select all

extern uint8_t temprature_sens_read();
Where does this come from? It's not in my SDK even correcting for spelling. I am locked into an SDK from around Feb so if it's been added that would explain why I can't find it.

I am using uint8_t temprature_sens_read() but getting constant temperature 53.33 from ESP32 internal Sensor, Can anyone tell me what is actually going on and the solution so that I will get correct temperature information :)

To measure temperature without an external component Tom Stoeveken found a method --> https://github.com/Torxgewinde/ESP32-Temperature

It works but it is not very accurate.
