TTG0 v2 esp32 board

Hi
Just got a couple of these boards.
They are crashing a lot.....
Start up says
W (69) rtc_clk: Potentially bogus XTAL frequency: 35 MHz, guessing 40 MHz
Sounds ominous, could this be causing the issue ?
