Are there any ways to pair ESP32 with Phone or Computer

Hi all,
I am working o ESP32 Core board v2. I test board with Bluetooth example, I test both GATT example: gatt_server and gatt_server_service_table but. First I use nrf Connect app, board can connect but cannot bond. Then I test with my Phone Android 5.1 and lap top Win 10. They can see broadcast signal, but can not pair. So I want to ask ESP32 supported pair feature device or not. If yes, How can I make my board to pair.
I am a newbie in this chip. Thank you.
