how to add custom endpoint handler function

Hi,

I'm trying to add a custom endpoint to the BLE provisioning manager example. I followed esp-idf documentation on setting up the endpoint https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... -endpoints but now I have a question on how to create a proper handler function for this custom endpoint.

Am I supposed to add a profile event handler like on GATT server example making use of esp_gatts_cb_event_t to manage the incoming events?
