ESP-IDF 2.2 error code 1

Hi all
I tried to install the esp-idf v2.2 several times.
It did end always with error code 1.

I tried follow things to workaround:
- Clean registry with ccleaner
- Use Python 3.7
- Use Python 2.7 in another attempt
- Reinstall from zero (new download and install in another directory)
- Reinstall with existing idf directory

This is the latest error-log

I'm lost here.
Is there anything that I could try to solve the problem?
