ESP BLE Provisioning and ESP32-WROOM-32 AT Bin V2.0 how-to ?

Hi, guys. I hope this forum branch is allowed for this type of question cause other ones don't fit at all.

I need to set the WiFi credentials via BLE for further usage ESP AT software.
I've flashed factory_WROOM-32.bin of ESP32-WROOM-32 AT Bin V2.0 to 0x00 address.
I see this ESP32 software's BLE is not set from start to be detected by PlayStore's ESP BLE Provisioning Android app.
How to customize ESP32-WROOM-32 AT Bin V2.0 to set WiFi credentials via BLE with ESP BLE Provisioning Android app?
