how can nvs be cleared while flash, or on pc terminal

try to make sure nvs is default after every flash.

I think just ereasing the flash will clear everything include NVS.

ESP32: idf.py -p "PORT_NUMBER" erase_flash
ESP8266: make erase_flash ESPPORT="PORT_NUMBER"
