OTA for eth2ap example

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to develop the OTA feature for my ESP32 Wifi-Ethernet bridge based on the eth2ap example. But it did NOT work because my Wifi-Ethernet bridge cannot get an IP.

Could anyone help me solve this problem?
