Incorrect reference of "L2TAP"

Hi there,

I just found IDF supported L2TAP within esp-netif several month ago. But I don't think it is so called "Layer 2 TAP Interface".

According to [the wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TUN/TAP) what tap interfaces should do is to provide the way for user to handle link layer packets which were generated from ip stack so that customized data link can be applied.

But currently provided one is doing something called [Promiscuous mode](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Promiscuous_mode), totally different from TAP.

I'm writing this to complain about the time I spend on the confusion made by incorrect name.
