Maximum UDP throuput?

Im contemplating using ESP32-PICO-D4 for a new project in which I want to use the ESP32 with ethernet and SD card connected and bridge between the ethernet and wifi. Most of the traffic (~10Mbps) will be UDP packets from the Ethernet to be routed over wifi.

So my questions are:

1) What is the maximum throughput capability using UDP?
2) What is the maximum SD card throughput that can be performed? (If im considering saving the UDP packet data onto the SD card simultaneously)
3) What are the limitations when i'm using ESP32-PICO-D4? I think it does not include additional SRAM (The required PSRAM is nowhere available)

Any inputs on the topic are appreciated.
