ESP32 COM Port Not Showing Up

Hi, I just bought a brand new ESP32 DevkitC V4 and it does not seem to show up in my ports under Device Manager on my Windows 10 computer. The red power light does turn on when plugged in, however. I have tried every solution I have found online such as trying to manually install the drivers for the USB-UART Bridge, I have tried using about 8 different micro USB cables (many of which I know are able to transfer data), and I have tried turning off my firewall and restarting my computer.
Has anyone had this problem and have been able to fix it? Any ideas for fixing this issue?
