Something wonky about GPIO_NUM_17

Postby flashpackets » Sat Oct 28, 2017 10:00 pm

I'm using the WROVER Kit for debug that has a very, very nice JTAG debugger via the Eclipse environment! Kudos!

Using the GPIO example code found in esp-idf/peripherals/gpio/ I've found that GPIO_NUM_17 does not work as an input interrupt, works fine on GPIO_NUM_4 ... no idea why. Nothing seems apparent in the schematic and as GPIO_NUM 4, 17 have identical functions as defined in the technical documentation I'm at a loss to explain the behavior. Buzzed out seems OK. Same problem seems present on other boards. Would someone care to confirm this finding?

Thanks,

This problem has now been confirmed on a second WROOM PCB.
