WiFi examples do not work

Hi all,

I am using Wemos board with oled and all examples work including BLE. However, none of wifi examples work. Even simple WiFi Scan example doesn't find any wifi networks. I get:

scan start
scan done
no networks found

whereas my phone can detect more than 10 wifi networks.

Board is set to WEMOS LOLIN32 and example I am using is WMOS Lolin > WiFI > WiFiScan

I have Arduino 1.8.4 IDE and latest ESP32 files from Github as suggested.
All examples I tried work including HAL sensor but none of the WiFI example works, I tried on a differed generic ESP32 board without oled and still no luck. Any ideas?

Exactly the same behavior and problem here. Only that I use Olimex's ESP32-EVB and ESP32-GATEWAY.
