Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header

Hi there,

I'm trying to upload the example code to an ESP32-Cam. It was working fine when I tried two days ago.
However, now I keep getting:

The serial console shows it's in programming mode:

I've connected everything according to this: https://i2.wp.com/randomnerdtutorials.c ... =750&ssl=1

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
