Issue with my ESP EYE board

Hello,
I am using the ESP EYE dev board . I was just testing the facial recognition feature. After connecting its wifi to my laptop and going to the facial recognition terminal(192.168.4.1/facial_recognition) it displays feed from camera. But after a while it does not do any facial recognition as such and completely hangs and the board starts heating up. Is this a common issue with this board? Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.
