Two COM ports on ESP32 development board

I thought one is for programming and one is for normal UART from ESP32.
But how can I tell which one is which?

It's better when you provide more information. What is your exact board you have?

He might have a WROVER board. IIRC correctly they have two ports and one is for JTAG.

He might have a WROVER board.
Typically, the higher numbered com port is the serial port.

Yes, I have a ESP32-WROVER-KIT.
I just tested the board.
I downloaded the software via COM43.
